Yeah, Trenches is annoying. Unfortunately copyright law is a bit lame when it comes to video games. Unless the game looks and plays exactly like yours, you’ve got no grounds for sueing anyone. They’ve made it look different enough that we’re not going after them.

Yeah, Flash takes some getting used to. Took me 7 years of building websites to gather up the skills to make games. Start simple, don’t try and jump into games straight away, concentrate on animation for a start and then get into the code later.
