Juggerdome - Achievements!

Juggerdome will be out some time tomorrow, keep an eye out for it on Armor Games. I decided to play with a few new things with Juggerdome and one of them is everybody’s favourite meta-thing, achievements! There’s 20 in total, get ‘em all and there’s a pay-off in game rather than just boosting your e-peen. Here’s the details:

Crowd Pleaser
Get a Crowd Bonus

Shocker
Get a kill with an electric trap

Explosivo
Get a kill with a rocket trap

Fricken Lasers
Get a kill with a laser trap

Centurian
Kill 100 enemies in an event

Saboteur
Get a kill with a Proximity Mine

Fireman
Burn an enemy to death

Shutdown
Hit an enemy with an EMP

Failure
Get yourself killed

Entertainer
Get 2500 in Crowd Bonuses in an event

Hoarder
Collect 2000 credits in an event

Big Money
Have over 100,000 credits

Gun Nut
Own 10 Weapons at once

Prepared
Own 10 Gear items at once

Runnin’ Hot
Overheat your weapon 50 times in an event

Domemaster
Get over 5000 in Crowd Bonuses

I Come in Peace
Win an event without firing a shot

I’m the Juggernaut
Purchase all upgrades

Freedom
Earn your Freedom

Slaughtermaster
Get 6 kills in a second

This update for achievements really brightens my view of this game. It sounds like a badass shooting like that Upgrade Complete or Pixel game. Should be great!

You know im not realy looking forward to this game. Mindless killing is always fun and all but, most of the games like this have very little replay value.

Yeah, it’s meant to be a quick brainless action packed 30 mins or so, just took a bit longer to make with all the interruptions. The intention was never there for this to be a big replay game like the Warfare series though there’ll be a bit there in terms of weapon combinations etc.

I usually find flash games boring, but everytime you release a game I find it to be more polished and of higher value, I’ve even thought at times that you should do a game on XBLA, WiiWare, or the Playstation Store. If you got the chance would you?

It’s a whole other beast. I’d need to be working with others who are familiar with the platforms, but yeah, there’s really no reason a lot of my concepts couldn’t be transferred over. The reason I work with Flash is because I get to do everything myself and I really enjoy that.

I can ease that by saying any Last Stand info won’t come until a few days after Juggerdome. Oh and it’s not called The Last Stand 3…

How ong does it usually take to make a game like juggerdome or “last stand 3″(what will it be?)? you should make the warfare series into the modern age that would be cool.

Hmm…The Last Stand 3…T H E L A S T S T A N D 3… S T E A L T H S T A N D 3…Stealth Stand 3? No…

It’s more of a guess, than a suggestion, but how about “The Zombie Survival Guide”, after Max Brooks’ wonderful book? I was wondering if you have read it? If not, then I think I can give it an honest recomendation.

The illustratrions alone are cool, I think, but combined with the way guide is written, it’s just great.

i can’t wait for juggerdome to come out and i read these comments and half of them are about TLS3 or whatever it is going to be called. i mean come on! one thing at a times guys. whenever i read comments on here they are all usually about a different game other than the the actual game the comments are on. like warfare 1944 a load but not all the comments on TLS3 too i mean ya guys its a great game but try to stay on subject

Well, I’m really excited about another game by you Con (let’s just say… the quality of new flash games the past two months have been…. lacking overall).

Now if Armor Games would just release the damn thing. I mean, it should be out some time today, and supposing that Armor Games is based in the USA… it should be from 12:42PM to 3:42PM (from pacific to eastern, I’m not counting alaska and hawaii of course. So it’s not like it’s super early to update the damn site.
