Juggerdome – OUT NOW!

Hey Con, glad to have been one of the first to play Juggerdome as I happened to refresh Armor Games a few minutes after it must have been posted, it’s a pretty fun time-waster, I know this wasn’t as high-value as your other titles but it was still fun nonetheless. I hate to “this guy” but I accidentally aborted after the first mission, after just buying the Burninator…when I Continued the game I tried rebuying the Burninator but found that I couldn’t…turns out…when I came back to my game it reset the Burninator count to -1 so when I bought it, it simply returned to 0. Minor bug but just thought I’d let you know. I really like the presentation of the game. You capture a game’s atmosphere very well when you do your menus. All in all great game Con!

YES!!!!

No problem. I noticed after you released Warfare 1944 people were almost spamming you with “bugs”. They barely gave you any info and it seemed they were more whining than actually trying to give constructive criticism. I honestly have never experienced a bug in one of your games before this one…but seeing as how I looked at it and noticed what happened I thought I should tell you. Hopefully it’ll save you a dozen or so comments that are along the lines of “CONZ y did my gunz go away!!?!!??!11″

con i noticed that it says if you get all achievements you unlock bertha ….whats bertha?

It was a fun game but had a few bugs.

Awesome game!

No bugs so far as I can see. I’m currently at what I think is the last level. I have full upgrades, and each arm is equipped with a laser and a shot cannon. Also, each gear slot has a heat sync so I basically never need to let the rain stop >:D

Still, pretty awesome game. I’m about to see if this layout works….

woo all the achievements already…Bertha is fun? even though i don’t know what Bertha is still.

Great game. But some bugs i saw were when i was shocked my screen went black. Also some of the guys will come out of the walls and not the door. Keep up the great work!

Hey con just played the your newest creation my only bit of grife is the left click space bar to shoot. Its hard to use the wasd to move the mouse to aim/shoot and the space to shoot…to solve this maybe add a cooldown timer so you can do it with one click and when the gun over heats it just cools down and the others still work…just a sudjestion.

Great ass game Con. I had the same problem with the rocket launcher. This game was well worth the wait. You know what this game was so bad ass I think i’ll add it to my faves.

Dear Con, I couldn’t help but notice that you used a explosion soundtrack from the Warfare series on the last boss, can you believe i pay attention to that much detail, it worries me. I did not encounter any bugs on my time-wasting journey, yet i am glad to finish the game so i may get off this computer and rest my eyes. so, goodbye for now.

i found a bug, if you move into the top left corner on the first level (i think its warehouse) and try to fire, the game doesnt respond. then after you move around out of that spot, your weapons will still not fire.

Just a quick note; great game. But the item that reduces heat buildup should be “heat sink”, not “heat sync”. Minor thing though. Otherwise, great game

Awazingly awsome dude!!!…i love the game!!! it honestly deserves a 9.5 or better ounce u get the hang of things. how much money do u make on these games anyway? u shuld get paid a heck of alot for your last stand series…those games rock!!!

i have major problem…actully 2 in 1…
there is no pause button…that or im just to stupid to find one…and i get so laggy that it takes me 10 min. to finish an event!!! so there shuldbe a pause button with a qualitysetting in it….peace!

You can toggle quality in the options on the main menu.

Er…I have a problem…which I don’t really know is this a problem of my oldish computer or the game…well…the adversitiment struck at the screen which make me unable to play…I tried refresh many time but it didn’t work…

And n top of that it say” the game is unable to start because you are not in armorgame” while I already on armorgame…

So,mind fix this problem?

Went through it a few times, have to point out some things…
1. Can’t get fireman if you burn a juggernaut.
2. The inventory redo glitch (already stated)
3. Made the boss way too easy.
Suggestions
4. Increase the cooldown time. should take a bit longer in my opinion, otherwise it’s just a “minor setback”
5. Increase the area of effect for the laser, only rarely does it do anything… dispite being the best weapon…

That should do… still, a great game

Hey love the game the only probelm i had with it was the shoot buttons it just kinda got on my nerves but other than that it was a great game keep up the good work

What’s hard about pushing down with your thumb? Do you people use keyboards differently than me?

the chinese characters on the bottom left is a very nice touch, but it reads : is one (unit?) machine

fun game but the gear should be upgradeable
and needs more upgrades for mabey like weapon dmg/att. speed
and definately armor/hp increase/speed

Bugs:
-sometimes convicts get stuck in the doors

-on champion level time moves extra slow
I failed the level but got win freedom achivement anyways and then when I tried to play the level again I went in upper left corner and the game bugged out so my jug. dissappeared and I had NaN armor,could not fire weapons,the champion and other convicts are firing at a wall atm

since I cannot attack the game is stuck on “FINNISH THEM”

and I cant for the life of me find a button to go to a menu

also lasers almost never strike and weapons overheat too fast

finished the game in under 50 min i experimented some problems 2 most of them up in the comments so i won’t say them again except 4 that “finish them” didn’t encounter it still nice game

found a major error; for the second event, it qoutes for opponents “Juggernauts of all shapes and sizes” But there is no juggernauts…
It should be instead “Prisoners of all shapes and sizes”

Still need to get 8 achievements for Bertha…

This isn’t as much a bug as just some general feedback. The game is fun and the whole music/ atmosphere, etc works for me.

I only wish the people were a bit bigger or the whole game screen was bigger in order to allow you to better aim. Also the space bar as a alternative guns makes it kinda hard to move around. I’d suggest using the directional keys for the two fire modes or maybe a middle mouse button or something…

Finally, the game get’s a bit slow for me when I shoot all four cannon

Nice game but they’re alot of improovements to be made, add some more weapons, gadgets and upgrades. Let us name our juggerdrome bot. I know this is a lot to ask but maybe you could make it a multiplayer game, no creating account just join a game with your juggerdrome bot name.

great game but theres a couple bugs i got when i aborted a mission i lost all my gear and weapons and i bought 3 impact shields and it said i only had 1?

The laser needs it’s AoE increased a little, not a huge amount. It’s already pretty easy to line up the arm, if you have nothing else on it. (I was using Spacebar for Dual Lasers, and a Assault Cannon/Multilaunch on the Click)

The only problem I had was trying to dodge missles, (The larger RPG style, the smaller ones worked fine.) because it seems they have a clipping area larger than the sprite.

…oh, and there’s nothing like Quadruple Burners in a non-Jugger match.

Hey, I really enjoyed the game but I have one major question:
How do you “please the crowd”?
I didn’t really see anything that explained what to do to get that bonus and I have been having trouble getting that achievement since I don’t have a clue how to make them happy, heh. Maybe I just missed it and am an idiot, but it would be great if you could help me out, I’d like to try out Bertha. Thanks!

hi con awesome game all i got to say is that theres a few bugs its kinda laggy when i fire it mite just be me tho and lvl 1 in the wharehouse u go to the cornor and u cant fire lol i got pinned by convicts there lolz. they also get stuck in doors sumtimes other than that awesome

Would it be possible ( unless already suggested) to be able to change the button configuration its difficult to drive and fire with the WASD and spacebar

Great game. Very addicting. There are only a couple problems being that the crowd pleaser and the slaughter master achievements are extremely difficult in my opinion, especially when you can’t see how many credits you have gotten from the crowd during the event. An enemy also will sometimes get stuck behind the wall when it tries to follow you before it goes out the door. One thing that isn’t a problem but I think it would be better if right clicking was right cannon and left was left. Anyway great game.

Wow that was addicting. I love machine type games like those. Well anyway, I couldn’t find any bugs, and the slow turn around thing was a great twist. Oh yeah, I got the crowd pleaser on the second level.

I love the game Con. I have beat it and gotten all the achievements but i cannot find Bertha. I read the comment above with someone who could not find it. You said to look on the bottom of the weapons list. But i do not see it there if you can help it would be nice. It was a great game and the only bug i encountered were when the weapons disappeared then I’d just refresh the page and they would be back.

Boy.. I sure am having trouble with the 6 kills a second achievement…

The rocket launchers are your friend. Wait for a bunch of prisoners to group up, then unload on them.

Edit: Whoops. Checking the code it actually requires 7 kills in a second. Adjusting it down to make it a bit easier.

Wow, Im very impressed with this. Before i thought it would just be a mindless slaughter with some cool weapons but, the differnt types of events take at it to a whole new level.

Also, I dont see why everyone is complaining about using the spacebar to shoot. Just use your thumb people!!!!!!!

i lost my bertha because of the inventory glitch …. but i got it back all you have to do is start another stage and click the exit button so when you come back onto juggerdome you have all your weapons back

Hey Con, first of all I love the game. I can tell you put a lot of effort into it. I know you have a thousand bugs, I just wanted to add a thousand and one. Whenever you click abort on the equipment screen, it erases every purchase made. I checked back later to see if it was still happening and it still was. Still a great game, cant wait for LS3!!!

Con, I love Juggerdome. Must have played it for an hour and a half. I could not stop. Could not find any bugs. It was all working fine. You should so make a second one.

Also, I noticed the Juggernauts seemed very similar to the robot from “Robokill”. Was this intentional?

So that’s why it was hard to get slaughter master achievement…

hi con.this game is awesome.but there is only one thing that is missing: in the options you cant change the keyboard settings because in france we don’t have the same keyboard so to move the juggernaut its a bit difficult.maybe you will made a update for this…

I wished to play juggerdome, and for god’s sake, please realise that many gamers are europeans and we don’t have a qwerty but azerty type of keyboard.

It would be very simple to add in “settings” a european configuration where the “a” would be replaced by your “q” and your “w” would be replaced by your “z”. It would really be more easy to play to your games.

Please take that in consideration

Never Use Google Translate. for a test, run a string of text through all the languages, then back to English.
You will not recognise it.

I have seen games like this before, but that doesn’t make this any less fun.
The Inventory Bug was annoying (but being fixed) and maybe the rockets should have a slightly larger AOE. (I haven’t gotten further than that yet).

And just use your thumb for SPACE guys!

umm… found some odd… error.

I was in the hell pit, finished the battle and got my statistics. The wierd thing is… I apparently got 174.625% accuracy, which says I got more hits than shots….

is that possible?

Ooooooh. Might’ve forgot to reset the career stats on new game starting. Looks like there’ll be a new version soon.

i have got to say Con, you seem to have the magic touch, every game idea you have tried so far ( to my knowledge ) is excellent. I loved trying to earn all the achievements for Bertha. Will you do this for Last Stand 3? because the achievements were alot of fun

It looks good, but it’s unplayable for me.

Please, please, please make a left handed mode, where the arrow keys are used for control, mouse is left weapon and enter or shift is right weapon.

Do you use your mouse with your left hand? I thought all you lefties learned to use mice right handed.

I love all your mouse-only-games, but since this one needs the use of a QWERTY keyboard, I won’t be able to play it.

Considering I’m certainly not the only Con Artist fan who uses an AZERTY keyboard, could a controls option be added to the menu?

i figured out how i got the berthas, cause i just did it again… you paly the game for a while then leave the site and go back then click new game, and BOOM, two berthas

No, Con, I use my mouse with my left hand. Games that use WASD I can play, but this confuses me, because the mouse is the right attack, not the left.

Also, i have to earn 5000 crowd bonuses in one event ?.. Couse i have achievement 3000 crowwdbonuses and now i earned another 2500, but i still cant get The last achievement – Domemaster

Yes, you need to earn 5000 in one event. Replay one of the prisoner levels with a few rocket launchers equipped. Crowd Bonuses are given for killing large groups quickly.

First of all, great game Con, but I just have one minor complaint:there isn’t a pause button. I know this may seem insignificant, but it was there in your other games. Just wondering why it wasn’t in this one.

Sorry to complain, but thats what everyones doing, but i find it hard to move and fire with both guns. aka: SPACEBAR, MOUSE, ARROW KEYS! theyre hard to press at the same time. i dont have 3 hands. Sorry to complain, apart from that great game.

I just played this game, and I love it, but sadly, I found something pretty bad (although it may just be my crappy Graphics Card).

I played for about, 3 rounds and it began to lag massively, I just thought it’d be AVG or something, but found nothing wrong, so, I sighed, and continued to play, but sadly it got worse, to such a level it came to a complete stop.

As I said, i’m not sure if it was just my graphics card raping itself, or some graphical game issue, but whatever it was, it ruined it for me. D:

On the bright side, it looked like a great game from what I played of it. =]

in the new last stand game coming out in early 2010 they should have a trap to put above doorways. One that has a tripwire. like put a gun above the door and when tripwire goes off it shoots the gun.
