I care more about last stand 3 then this but still warfare series pwn!

Cool. You should definitely have the option of picking between American, British, Free French and Soviet Forces for the Allies and German, Italian, or Japanese forces for the Axis. Not saying it should change the units abilities, just the flag that they fly.

battles during the vietnam war…poseble:
-Napalm, -big and better bombs – helicopters,
-nice backgronds, weapons from Ak-47 with bayonet (for combat) till M16. And of course also kinds of trenches.

Hey, Its not like I’m trying to tell you what to do but here’s some features i think would be a tactical advantage to the game:

Every squad (of like 8 people) would have an NCO who would carry a carbine or a submachinegun.

Earned Veterancy

Equipment upgrades- (like rifle-grenades) a regular Wermacht squad could be upgraded into a Waffen SS Sturmtruppen assault squad, for a cost of resources, and their Karabiner 98k rifles will be traded in for Gewehr 43 rifles and Sturmgewehr 44s and the NCO would retain the mp40. Or a tank plow.

Specialists in Squads: Every squad can equip a specialist, such as a medic, sniper, support gunner, anti-tank trooper. The squad can equip 2 specialists, having the 2nd specialist being more expensive than the first. Some cost less than others, like a BAR man costing less than .30 cal gunners. (anti-tank troops and .30 cal gunners have to have 2 people, one to load and carry ammo, the other to shoot. If a loader is killed, another squad member can be assigned as a loader, or the shooter will take longer to load the rounds, If the shooter is killed, another squad member can pick up the equipment and keep firing)

Specialists and Squad upgrades can be combined, such as a SS assault troop upgrade and a Sniper, having a scoped gewehr 43.

Conflicting fields of fire: A machine-gun emplacement being able to cover the left and right flanks, with a loss of accuracy on those flanks, having the middle area being the maximum kill zone.

Buildings: Bunkers or fully destuctible buildings that can be taken cover in, as well as the rubble, if there is an artillery stike called in or a tank demolishes the house, it will only destroy a part of the house, rather than the health of the building be taken down and the house collapsing, killing everone inside.

Squads being able to cross trenches to flank a building or emplacement, as well as go backwards.

Vehicles being spawned in groups, like a panzer brigade or a halftrack/ jeep squadron, with infantry being able to complement these forces (riding on the tanks, or in the halftracks). The vehicles also can be upgraded individually, such as a halftrack being upgraded to a flak-vierling machine gun, to increase effectiveness against aircraft and infantry, while sacrificing troop carrying capability.

Armor piercing rounds on heavy machine guns, destroying the thin armor on duece-an-a-half trucks and halftracks.

Vehicles and squads being able to stop, to wait for other squads to catch up.

Have you seen Band of Brothers? It’s a awesome WWII movie, and it’s got some good ideas for Warfare 1944. Anyway, a good mission could be to liberate a town with minimal casulties(no artillery barrages) or maybe protect a supply convoy. Just don’t put in too many vehicles aircraft! Also, it would be good to have turrets you can take control of or destroy to capture. And please put in something besides trenches to hide in! Thanks for listening. The game will be awesome!

INFO: Here are the most used weapons from the germans in ww2. An officer often uses the walter. Corporals use the sgt 44 or the normal kar98k and sargeants often use mp40. Regular soldiers use the kar98-k.
The wehrmacht(german army) wears grey uniforms, but the SS black.

Hey con I was the one that suuggested you get a website of i make on ok. I have dropped that idea cause i got no responses so good job doing it your self! Con in warfare 1944 could you add one thing where you control a main guy and can buy troops as well to help. Sortof like sink mark but have 2 differnt stlyes of warfare 1944 ok. I know you would have to take more time I would even be happy to wait a long time if you made a warfare1944 diffent style with warfare 1944. If you sould control the guy and have good story line with that warfare 1944 and buy guns etc. I might help you ok. Con, I can say this will get alot of plays im pretty shure. wl589 no offence man but I don’t think Con is looking for your help. Also I didn’t understand what you meant in your post by controlling one guy and having 2 different modes?

This game should be great. I’ve beaten LS1+2, and 1917 dozens of times. I was just kind of angry when we were stuck with British soldiers, and couldn’t pick French or American. I love the Brits and all, but the US was better supplied, and armed, and the French were just bad-ass in 1917 (they kinda sucked in ’44, though). Plus, the Soviets were so ruthless, it would just be fun to have them if you feel like just rushing forward, regardless of losses.

The game will probably be released on the anniversary of D-Day, on June 6th. Good job so far, Con! The game looks great!

dude u should have done 1918 instead with airplanes, bayonet charges, france,us,rusia,italy,ottoman empire,austria-hungary,germany and the British empire htat would have been awesome and like halo wars that per say a 6 soldiers squad could be upgrade so that 1 guy would have a shotgun, 4 boltaction rifles and one last wiht a submachine gun or a medic and also upgreadeble trenches like bunkers or flametrower pits and more capacity in the trenches, also unique tech tree and support for each faction for example the russians would have cossack charges that would be great against infantry in the open but against trenches it would suck hard or british superior airsupport, and the tech tree could have been like if plaing the french (whom at the beginig of the war their uniform has a blue coat and bright red pants)u could buy as and upgrade the gray-blue uniform that they used after 1915
or as the brits tha u could buy the tommy helmet that they used since 1915 too
that would decrease the sharpel damage
another thing the threnches would be upgreaded by enginers that could also be low class fighters
or the campaign map being complety optional like u have a map of europe in wich u close in to the place u want to initiate operations and chose like go trough the german border(sayng ure french) or liberate strasbourg just and example

Hey Con Artist, I know your working on WF 1944 and that looks awesome, but you know what sounds cool to me is if you made a A more “Modern” or more “21st” century type Warfare game.

Just an Idea, but I bet you probably were going to put that in your series anyway.

Love the warfare series. Seldom have I seen such attention to detail (historical accuracy and otherwise) in big budget games or movies, let alone a flash game. Good job mate, I think this rocks!

make a warfare 1939

whats the point of a warfare for 1939 when 1944 is so close to it, the technology would be almost exactly the same and the units and weapons would be no different

PLEASE! Don’t make us have to gather resources! Warfare 1917 was awesome. Do you know why? One of the reasons was because we didn’t have to gather resources so we could get things! I can see resource gathering in a game set in medieval times, but in modern war, there’s no need for such things! Especially when you’re playing a game where you’re in control of individuals and small units! There’s just no need! I beg of you, take out the resources! It’s pointless!

O yea, also if anyone looks at the banner of Warfare 1944, on the left side you could see a very very very slight picture of the beaches during D Day…. Maybe we will get the chance to play during d day!!

warfare 1917 is my favorite game! I don’t have any experience making games, but I am an avid gamer, and I love your games! here are a few tips that (IMHO) would make the next warfare title even better.
1. make units able to retreat! also, units should be able to hold ground, even if they are not in a trench or under cover.

2. I like the idea of being able to hire a specialist for squads, or at least being able to pick a specialist that would be automatically applied to the squad when it is deployed.

3. I don’t like the sound of resource based unit production. I liked the time deployment method and the experience upgrade thing. Who gives a crap if it’s “more in line with traditional RTS’s”?
that’s all I have for now! I am looking forward to this great looking game.
P.S. Don’t rush it!

hey you know what would be really awsome of you CON??? if you made 2 versions of the same game, one where you would need resources, for people like me, and the other like 1917 where you don’t need resources, i actually think either would be great. but both games are virtually the same.

Don’t stress about the resources. If they got in the way of you enjoying the game, do you think I’d put them in? Geeez

Hey not to be judgmental but the lieutenant’s rank is a captains rank. 1 bar is lieutenant, 2 bars is captain just throwing that out there

Yeah I know Sam, it’s an old graphic from the original game where they were just known as “Officers”. Gotta switch the name or the graphic at some point.

I’d recommend that you switch the name lieutenants did not have a lot of moral influence on the soldiers. most of them were west point graduates which means they were fresh

after you order soldier to fight like machine gunner or rifleman let them have poor rifle or other weapon then use point to upgrade thm to have better weapon i prefer this on america one

submachine gunner : Sten

Machine gunner : tommy gun not BAR

sniper : Scoped springfield

just make this your best yet and il buy it for anything

oh yea by the way Avaior normal infantry would use a m1 garand and such only snipers would use the springfield (garand is semi-auto springfield bolt action)(oh yea also I’m talking about ww2 infantry i don’t know about the game)

I’m a fan of last stand series.

Last stand reminds me of Bioshock. struck in a dark place.

So I would love to see last stand 3 use homemade weapons(materials find in apartments). ex: flamethrower made out of lighters and wine

I would also love to see enemies other than zombies. Such as marine units extermate the city, or even some bizzare things.

Insteed of reading the dairy, How about he make a audio type or finds them?

I wish there is more stragy in this game, other than mindless shooting. I wish that you can abandom a post and set it up with mines or set up liquid nitrogen traps and freez them.

I also wish, that you can change the character’s looks and survier’s looks. As if their breads slowly grows or infected needs to have their hands/arms cut.
